This page is the agreement between you and Forge. It says what you are buying, what it costs, how to stop paying, and the few things you agree to in return. It is written to be read once, in plain sentences. If a line here is unclear, write and ask, and it will be rewritten.
By making an account or paying for Forge you agree to what is on this page and to the Privacy page, which is part of it.
Forge is made by Jared (Yusef) Amen and sold at everythingistrain.ing.
The party to this agreement is Amen Labs LLC.
Amen Labs LLC is a Texas limited liability company. To reach it about anything on this page, write to jared.yusef@gmail.com and a person will answer.
Forge is an adherence engine for people who train more than one thing. You give it what you already train — a coach's PDF, a photo of a whiteboard, a page of your notebook, or words you type — and it reads that into a plan. Each day it hands you one session from your own material, says which quality is leading and which is being held at a floor, and counts the day when you finish. It is a training tool. That is all it is.
Forge does not do these things, and no sentence anywhere in the app or on this site should be read as if it does:
Nothing Forge says is professional advice of any kind.
Lifting, running, climbing and everything else in this app can injure you. You decide what you lift and what you attempt, every time. Forge suggests; you are the one under the bar. Talk to a doctor before you start training, and stop and see someone qualified if something hurts. Forge is not responsible for injury, illness or loss that follows from training you chose to do.
Forge reads material you give it, and reading can be wrong. It marks every line it produces as read, assumed or invented so you can see where a number came from before you train it. Check the weights and distances before you lift or run them. If a session looks wrong, it is wrong — change it, or throw the plan away.
You must be 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy Forge — a subscription is a contract. Forge is not built for children and is not directed at anyone under 13. One account is one person; do not share your sign-in.
You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your email secure, since email is how you sign in.
A subscription bought in the Forge iPhone app is sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID, not by us.
The rest of this page about prices, trials, charges, cancelling and refunds is about subscriptions bought on the website.
| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Forge, one year | $144 USD a year, charged the day you subscribe and once a year after that. This is the plan the site sells today. |
| Forge, one month | $18 USD a month. The payment processor holds this plan and no screen sells it yet. If it goes on sale, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. |
| Money-back guarantee | 14 days from the charge: ask, and every dollar comes back, no reason needed. There is no free trial on the website. |
The price at checkout is the price. If the two ever disagree — this page, or a screen in the app — the amount the checkout page shows before you confirm is what you are charged, and nothing else is. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds; the checkout page shows the tax before you confirm.
There is no free trial on the website. Your card is charged the day you subscribe, and then once a year on that date until you cancel. If Forge is not for you, the 14-day money-back guarantee below applies: ask within 14 days of a charge and you get it all back.
Subscriptions that started with a trial before 27 October 2026 keep the trial they were given.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without explaining it.
Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account closes to new sessions. Your data stays until you delete it — see the Privacy page.
There is no free trial, so the guarantee is how you find out whether Forge is for you without risking the money.
You have 14 days from a charge to ask for a full refund, and you will get it. No reason is required and nothing has to be justified. Write to jared.yusef@gmail.com from the address on the account.
After 14 days, a refund is decided by a person rather than by a policy — and an annual charge you did not mean to keep will be refunded. If you are in a country whose law gives you a cancellation or refund right, that law wins over this paragraph.
Chargebacks help nobody. Write first; you will get an answer.
What it is. Forge Text sends your training by text: the session on training mornings at the time you choose, replies to the texts you send, and a Sunday report. You join on the Forge Text page by giving your mobile number and ticking the box that agrees to recurring automated texts.
How often. Usually 1–2 messages a day, more when you text Forge and it answers.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, from your mobile carrier. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any text to stop them all; you get one text confirming it, and nothing after. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help, or write to jared.yusef@gmail.com.
Founding members. Before Forge Text opens, the first 100 members can pay $99 once for their first year. That year starts the day Forge Text opens, and the $99 a year is kept for as long as the membership continues. Ask for a refund any time before it opens, or in the 14 days after, and every dollar comes back. If Forge Text does not open, every founding payment is refunded.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. US and Canadian numbers only for now. How your number is handled is on the Privacy page.
Use Forge to train. Do not:
The words, design, code and interface of Forge belong to Forge. Buying a subscription buys you the right to use the app while you pay for it. It does not transfer any of that.
You own what you put in and what comes out of it — your programs, your material, your sessions and sets, your notes, your sacred sets, and the plans Forge reads out of your material. Forge stores it so it can hand you the next effort, and for nothing else. Forge does not sell it, does not share it for advertising, and does not use it to train anybody's models.
You give Forge permission to store and process that material only so far as running the app for you requires — including sending it to the services listed on the Privacy page, which is where the whole list lives. You can delete all of it from inside the app, at any time, without asking.
Forge is run honestly and fixed when it breaks. It is not promised to be perfect, uninterrupted, or free of errors. It reads material with the help of a language model, and models get things wrong; that is why every line is marked with where it came from.
To the fullest extent the law where you live allows, Forge is provided as it is, and Forge's total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and nothing here takes away a consumer right your local law gives you.
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, or delete the account in the app (Me → Delete account), which removes your training data as the Privacy page describes.
Forge can close an account that breaks the acceptable-use rules above, or that is being used to harm the service or another person. Where the reason is not serious, you get notice and a chance to fix it first. If Forge closes your account for something that was not your fault — or stops selling Forge altogether — you get back the unused part of what you paid.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you before the change takes effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for; you will be told before a renewal at a new price, and cancelling before that renewal costs nothing.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, and a dispute that reaches a court goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.
A consumer keeps the rights and the courts their own country gives them; nothing above takes those away.
If any part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
There is one, and it is the person who built this. Questions, cancellations, refunds, anything at all: jared.yusef@gmail.com. You will get a reply from a person.
