Your training, by text.
One text on training mornings: the session, and the number to hit. Reply with what you did. Forge keeps the record and gives you the next step when you have earned it. No app to open.
First 100 members only. Every dollar back if you change your mind.
It asks. You answer. The day fits.
Pick a reply. Every line Forge sends here is the engine's own words for a parent of two whose time changes every day.
Tap the text on the phone to open it.
A demo. Nothing you tap is sent anywhere.
Find your sacred floor.
The smallest version of your training that you never drop.
Every session Forge sends has one. On a hard day, Forge offers it once, then lets go:
One session a week kept strength for up to 32 weeks, with the load kept heavy.
Spiering et al., 2021A good week: four whole sessions, with the floor inside each one.
No streaks. No guilt. No cheering.
Is never mentioned.
It costs nothing and says nothing. Back after a gap, the next ask is smaller.
One thing, the number first.
Every text is checked before it sends. One with a guilt word or a cheer is written again.
Pain takes a fixed path.
Say something hurts and that part is held out, in fixed words. Your words about pain or health never go to an AI model.

Built on what moves people.
Your record, said back to you
Tracking progress and seeing it moved people toward their goals, across 138 studies.
Harkin et al., 2016Someone keeping the numbers
New lifters who trained with supervision gained more strength than those who trained on their own.
Gentil & Bottaro, 2010Two-way, and about you
Text programs did the most when they were tailored to the person, not one message for everyone.
Head et al., 2013About 27¢ a day.
Questions
Do I need the Forge app?
No. Forge Text works on any phone that gets texts. If you have the app too, one membership covers both.
What if I miss a day?
Nothing happens, and nothing is said. If it has been a few days, the next text asks for less, so it is easy to start again.
How does Forge know what to give me?
You tell it your goal in your own words, the days you can really train, and what you have to train with. It writes a plan from that, sends one session a day, and offers the next step only after two weeks at plan. You choose whether to take it.
Is it an AI?
Forge's engine decides what each text says: the session, the number, the step. An AI model may put that into words, and a check holds it to the engine's numbers before anything sends. Your words about pain or health never go to a model.
Which phones?
Mobile numbers in the US and Canada. Message and data rates may apply.
When does it open?
Soon. Founding members hear first, and your first year starts that day, not today.
