Welcome to Forge (“Forge,” “we,” “us”), a training app operated under everythingistrain.ing. By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Forge.

1. What Forge is

Forge turns training programs into runnable sessions and helps you stay consistent. Programs are generated and adapted using AI from inputs you provide (text, screenshots, PDFs, a coach's name). Forge is a software tool — it is not a personal trainer, coach, doctor, physical therapist, or medical provider.

2. Not medical or fitness advice — assumption of risk

Forge's programs, prescriptions, weights, and suggestions are generated by software and may be incorrect, inappropriate, or unsafe for you. They are general information, not medical or professional fitness advice. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury or death.

Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant. You are solely responsible for deciding whether any session is safe for you, for using proper form and appropriate weights, and for stopping if something hurts. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your training.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 to use Forge. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You own the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process it to generate and run your programs.

4. Subscriptions, trial & billing

Forge is a paid subscription. Plans are $9/month or $72/year, billed through Stripe. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required up front, and you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Refunds

The 7-day free trial is your risk-free window to evaluate Forge. Outside of that, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Forge: no reverse-engineering, abuse of the AI build system, automated scraping, reselling, or uploading content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Forge is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of Forge or its AI-generated content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
